Terms & Conditions TTB11 – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "TTB11" or "Platform" refers to the website and online services operated under the TTB11 brand at https://ttb11.site and all its subdomains.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses the TTB11 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the TTB11 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) deposited by the Player into their TTB11 account.
• "Bonus Money" refers to bonus credits awarded by TTB11 to Players through various promotions and offers.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a Player on any game or sporting event on the TTB11 platform.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

TTB11 is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements, without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. TTB11 takes this minimum age policy seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Be residing in or located within Malaysia at the time of using the platform. TTB11 is a platform designed exclusively for users in Malaysia.

TTB11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Accounts that fail to complete this verification process may be suspended or closed at TTB11's discretion.

Each TTB11 player is permitted to register and hold only one account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

By registering a TTB11 account, you agree to:

• Update your account information promptly whenever there are any changes, especially your phone number and payment details.

TTB11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. TTB11's decision in such matters is final and not subject to dispute.

TTB11 does not accept payment methods from other countries. All transactions must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals via DuitNow are processed within 3–5 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 in a single day, TTB11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

TTB11 offers Malaysian players a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal is permitted:

• Welcome Bonus (100% up to RM 500): Requires a 25x rollover of the total deposit plus bonus amount before a withdrawal can be processed. For example: Deposit RM 100, receive a RM 100 bonus – you must wager RM 5,000 (RM 200 × 25) before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

• TTB11 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical errors or human input. Affected players will be notified and their funds returned.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to manipulate odds or TTB11's betting systems is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

For badminton specifically, if a player retires before the match begins, all bets are voided and stakes refunded. If the retirement occurs during the match, TTB11 will determine the outcome based on the current score at the time of retirement, in accordance with the applicable market rules.

• Any attempt to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or abuse TTB11 promotions.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards TTB11 staff.
• Unauthorised chargeback requests made through payment providers.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons with no breach on the player's part, TTB11 will return all real-money funds held in the account. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements will not be refunded.

Players may also close their TTB11 account at any time by contacting support@ttb11.site. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded within 5 business days.

TTB11 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that TTB11 services will always be available free of outages, errors, or data loss.

• TTB11 is not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from use of the platform, including any anticipated profits lost from Sports Betting or casino gameplay.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting a bet or game that is in progress, TTB11 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on the information available in the system.
• TTB11 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity failures or player device issues.
• TTB11's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
